By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced in them. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for account credentials, user provisioning, assigned permissions, and all activity under your organization. NucFinder may suspend access to protect security, integrity, or legal compliance.
Marketplace content and conduct
You retain ownership of your uploaded materials, but grant NucFinder a license to host, process, index, and display them for platform operation. You must not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of catalog data, certifications, RFQ responses, and commercial representations.
Verification and compliance
Certain features may require verification workflows. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date compliance information and to cooperate with reasonable checks.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may impact access.
Intellectual property
NucFinder and its software, branding, and platform design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform code.
Liability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not a party to contracts between buyers and suppliers and do not guarantee business outcomes.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, unlawful activity, or platform safety concerns, with notice where reasonable.
