Includes TRISO-based fuel articles, fast-spectrum metallic and nitride fuel pins, and burnable/control absorber material articles used as fuel-cycle products. Excludes bulk structural moderator/reflector material forms, SiC/SiC composite material supply, and fuel-salt chemistry feedstock (see Specialty Materials, Alloys & Advanced Material Forms under Advanced Manufacturing & Materials). Developer status, reactor concept ownership, R&D participation, investor materials, or project membership alone is insufficient; DS assignment requires evidence of an externally supplied physical fuel article, absorber product, component, or equipment.
